At Mouj Pharma, products in their original, unopened, unused, and untampered condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

- Damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products should be reported to customer support with the order number and clear photos.
