We sell nutritional supplements, infant formula and personal care products.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are supplements to a balanced diet, not replacements for medical treatment.

2. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Composition, pack sizes and directions are taken from the product labels.
The printed pack is always the authority. If anything on this website differs from the label, follow the label. Packaging and formulations may change from time to time.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging design may differ from what is shown.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, along with the online payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and dispatch it.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- The product is out of stock
- There is a pricing or listing error
- We cannot verify the delivery address or contact number
- We have reason to believe the order is not genuine
- Supplying the product would not comply with regulations
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help you trace a delayed parcel.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Exchange & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In short: for reasons of safety, medicines, supplements and infant formula cannot be returned once delivered. If we send you the wrong, damaged or expired product, we replace or refund it in full.
7. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Give us accurate contact and delivery details. Most delivery problems come from incomplete addresses or wrong phone numbers.
8. Acceptable use
You may use this website for browsing and placing genuine orders.
You may not use it to place fraudulent orders, interfere with the site or its security, copy our content for commercial use, or resell our products without our written agreement.
9. Our content
The text, images, product photography, logos and design on this website belong to Mouj Pharmaceuticals or are used with permission.
